Icon will not insert

1) In certain web browsers you may need to allow cookies for the add-on to work. 

2) Make sure you have an internet connection.

3) Is the icon locked? All but 100 (the starter pack) of the icons need a paid Noun Project subscription to access. You will need to log in to your Noun Project account within the add-in.

4) Double check you are logged into the correct account by logging out and logging back in.

5) Check your program’s compatibility.

Our add-in requires one of the following versions:

• PowerPoint 2013 Service Pack 1 or later
• PowerPoint 2016 for Mac
• PowerPoint 2016 or later
• PowerPoint Online
• Word 2013 Service Pack 1 or later
• Word 2016 for Mac
• Word 2016 or later
• Word Online.

Please note:

• Enterprise, Click-to-run and Professional Plus versions of Office may not be eligible, or may require administration approval.
