Icon will not insert

1. In certain web browsers you may need to allow cookies for the add-on to work. 
2. Make sure you have an internet connection.
3. Is the icon locked? Most icons need a paid Noun Project subscription to access. You will need to log in to your Noun Project account in the add-on.
4. Double check you are logged into correct account by logging out and logging back in.
5. Check your program’s compatibility

Our add-on requires one of the following versions:

• Adobe Illustrator Creative Cloud 2016+
• Adobe Photoshop Creative Cloud 2016+
• Adobe InDesign Creative Cloud 2016+

6) You cannot insert icons into a Locked Layer in Illustrator. Unlocking that layer will resolve the issue.
