Icon will not insert

1. Confirm that you have an internet connection.
2. Confirm that your Adobe application meets the minimum version requirement:

• Adobe Illustrator 25.0 or later
• Adobe Photoshop 23.3.0 or later
• Adobe InDesign 18.5.0 or later

3. Make sure you are logged in to the intended Noun Project account.
4. Make sure you have a document open and that the selected document or layer can be edited. For example, an icon cannot be inserted into a locked Illustrator layer.
5. Close and reopen the plugin. If the issue continues, close and reopen the Adobe application.
If the problem continues, contact Noun Project support at info@thenounproject.com.

Illustrator only: If icons still will not insert, check that cookies are allowed in the browser used to log in to your Noun Project account, then log out of the plugin and log back in.
