I can't sign in using Google, what's going on?

Currently, you can only sign in using Google if you initially signed up with this method. You may run into an issue when trying to sign in using Google if you originally created an account using an email and password combination. You'll need to sign in using your unique email/password combination in order to access the site. 

Our teams are working on improving our Google sign-on process so it will verify existing accounts and allow you to sign in using Gmail, however, this is not currently possible.
